Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping on orders over $100.00 (Lower 48 USA Only) via UPS OR USPS shipping.

If you spend $100.00 or more you can choose FREE Shipping and we will ship your package for you the best way we can. Please note that if you are trying to ship to a P.O. Box, we may contact you for a physical address depending on the size of your order if UPS is required. 

On any other orders, USPS or UPS are available including international orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE International shipping has NO guarantee for delivery times. USPS First Class International shipping can take weeks or months for delivery. This all depends on the postal carrier in your country and we have no control over this. We advise to only use this shipping option if you are familiar with the service and are willing to accept the inconsistency of the standard mail service.

Squadron is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to carrier error, inclement weather, natural disasters, or other situations that arise outside of our warehouse. In the case of a delay, please provide your tracking number to the carrier for information about your package.

Same Day Turnaround:

Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST will be shipped by the next business day.  Saturday and Sunday are excluded and please note that Mondays are not guaranteed and sometimes take until Tuesday.

Return Policy:

You may send all returned item(s) in salable condition within 30 days of purchase. Most of the items we sell require assembly and if assembly has been started we will not accept a return. Please include a copy of the original paper work and/or order number with returned item(s). Upon our receipt of the item(s), you will receive a refund for the amount of the item(s) returned less a 15% restocking fee and also exluding shipping. Once the returned item(s) are received, please allow seven Business Days for the credit to be processed. If we make a mistake on your order, you will not be charged restocking or shipping.

Please note that Books, Paint and Glue are NOT Eligible for returns.


Damaged Items or Missing Parts

Please inspect your items as soon as you receive the order.  If any items are damaged or missing parts, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the package. If you wait until after 14 days of when you receive your order, we might not be able to help.
